This complex represents the second phase of the project, which comprises 14 admin towers, public amenities such as water tanks, warehouses, well-equipped clinics, mosques and a power generating station are included that add up to a total built-up of 192,000m2.

EMDAD’s scope of work consisted of design and site supervision for architecture, structure, MEP and electromechanical networks such as potable water, fire-fighting, water waste-water, electrical and communication networks, infrastructure, roads and landscape.
