Central Business District (CBD)
The Central Business District (CBD) is located in Egypt's New Capital. The project belongs to China state CSCEC. CBD is envisaged to set a benchmark sustainable, smart city design, featuring state of the art in infrastructure, transportation, green buildings, resource management and renewable energy. It consists of iconic towers, office towers, residential towers, hospitality & retail.
EMDAD got the chance to provide the shopdrawings for two residential towers that are approximately 158 meter height, and the built up area of D04 and D05 is 88,000m² and 82,000m² respectively. The total number of floors is (2) basements in addition to (37) floors and (2) basements and (38) floors for D04 and D05 respectively. EMDAD scope is architecture and MEP work.
